The staff was friendly and helpful. Requested for an extra bed and they delivered it in less than 30 mins. The facilities in the room work well.
The room kind of smells like old furniture/carpet. And the towel smells like a mixture of metal and milk. It was unpleasant. I got itchy when using the towel.

Hope the hotel could provide more mugs with saucers (only provide 1mug?). And equipped with some snacks on the mini bar. Also the fridge is EMPTY ?. No can drinks..

The bell boy wasn’t attentive and supportive to help us load and unload luggage’s. The room needs a good pest control overhaul. We found ants and cockroaches

Fridge not working. Aircon blowing one area only, no remote. Floor was dirty. Toilet seat broken. No soap tray. No face towel. Brekky spread ok only.

Carpet in the room and halls was average, stains everywhere and looked grotty. Air conditioner filter and vent needs a clean or service, and the beds were hard as a rock and uncomfortable.
The room was very spacious and the view was good from the room. Onli issues was the toilet the knob were rusty and the below and the toilet floor gets wet very easily and take very long to dry.

To be honest i regretted that i did not check on the reviews!We went there during Ramadan, the sahur is so limited dish. (1 dish of Bony Fish, Chicken and vege, rice and bread and buns, cereal)Room super dusty, the moment we flip the blanket the dust flew here and there.The was smell or damp carpet.The carpet don’t seem to be clean at all sands here and there.The pillow with no pillow protector s can see “maps”on the pillow ? I’m sorry this is my honest comment.
